DREAM: Simply daydream about having exquisite portraits of your family lovingly displayed on the walls of your home.
As a wife and mother of two, April truly appreciates how fleeting the moments in life are. In a blink of an eye, your babies are no longer babies, your children become teenagers, and the next thing you know they are heading off to college. The heirloom portraits that hang in your home are the finest way to reflect upon those once-in-a-lifetime moments.

DESIGN: Let us get to know you and allow us to inspire you with artful ideas to fulfill your dreams.
During your design appointment, we will discuss how you envision your artwork displayed in your home. April will help guide you to the best options to fill your walls and collect the images that tell the story of your session. We will collaborate on concepts for your session including location, wardrobe, and accessories until there is nothing left to think about but showing up!

CREATE: Relax and enjoy your session! Our team will handle the details, all while April works her magic in photographing your Loves for you.
Your portrait experience with April will be absolutely magical. From the moment she meets her subjects they feel beautiful, magical and loved. April’s commitment to capturing exquisite, ethereal images is evident in every portrait she creates. The expressions that she will capture of your children will be both lovely and genuine... from those soft quiet moments, to full out giggles. You will fall in love with every fleeting moment she captures for you.

THE REVEAL: Sit back and review all the stunning images that were captured at your session.
Your selection appointment will be your time to see every beautiful moment from your session... You may even be moved to tears! April will help you choose the best options for your painted mixed media portrait and will help you make your selections should you choose to create a bespoke album or heirloom treasure box.

CRAFTSMANSHIP:
Each image is hand-created and inspected for perfection.
We take great pride in our creative process. Every photograph begins with being intricately hand-edited – down to every eyelash! Mixed media portraits are then digitally under-painted by April and once the artwork is printed on canvas, April masterfully oil embellishes your portrait. Portrait albums and boxes are all custom designed to suit your style and the images you have chosen.

HOME: Lovingly display your artwork in your home and enjoy your portraits for a lifetime.
Once the artistry is completed, we will schedule a consultation to look at frame selections with April. She will help you choose a frame that enhances your artwork as well as coordinates with your style and home decor.
After framing is done, we will have your finished works of art installed in your home! Not only will your portraits be cherished the day they are hung, but they will be lovingly passed down for generations to come... preserving your family's legacy within every brush stroke.
